Sev possesses over 25 years of results-oriented real estate experience with a proven track record in acquisition, ownership, development and asset management across a broad spectrum of real estate industry facets including both the commercial and residential sectors. As CEO and Managing Principal of Genesis Realty, Sev is focused on the acquisition, repositioning and disposition of sub-performing and non-performing real estate and notes secured by commercial and residential real estate throughout select Southeast US markets with a focus on Florida. Sev has completed transactions with approximately $300M of aggregate value. In addition to his sourcing and acquisition success, Sev has led all aspects of Genesis Realty’s development and construction activities from predevelopment, entitlement and design to execution and completion.

Lucas is a driven and accomplished professional with a background in geomatics engineering and civil engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, showcasing his commitment to advancing his expertise in the engineering field. In addition to holding valuable engineering licenses and certifications, Lucas is also a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.
